Suzy Kolber (born Suzanne Lisa Kolber) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 14, 1964. Her parents are Jewish. Her current age is the age of 58. Her mother's name is Sandra Kolber and her father is Gene Kolber. Kolber attended Sandy Run Middle School in Dresher Pennsylvania and is a 1982 alumni of the Pennsylvania's Upper Dublin High School. In 1986, she earned an undergraduate degree in Arts with a telecommunications concentration at the University of Miami. As a college undergraduate she found a job at Dynamic cable in Coral Gables Florida as a Sports Director. Apart from that, she also worked at the company for two years between 1984 and 1986. In the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University she studied television and film production. Following her graduation of high school, she moved into New York City. There, she attended improv courses in the theatre of Upright Citizens Brigade. In addition, she was a film and TV production student at the Tisch School of the Arts. Her graduation was in 2006.
