Hayley Orrantia, an American performer, actress and songwriter. The majority of people recognize her by the title of Erica Goldberg, from the television comedy 'The Goldbergs. Her definition of herself is a musician first and foremost. At the age of 9 of age, she was dabbling into music. At the age 12, she had taken serious enough about music to start professional training. The singer-songwriter began writing songs at 13 and was 14 when she made her first collection of cover songs. From then on, she has never been back. Orrantia is a native of America and has Hispanic roots. Her family has Hispanic roots even if she was only able to speak English as a child and spent her entire life in America. Through studying Spanish and writing songs she strives to preserve the tradition. She has recorded an Spanish version of the song, titled 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia appeared on The X Factor during its inaugural season, which aired in the summer of 2011. Orrantia, who was initially selected by a panel of YouTube videos and received an average of four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle during live audition phase. While she auditioned initially in a single performance during "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three other female vocalists were placed into groups for the remaining part of auditions. They were eliminated from the program during the fifth live week.
